City Connections runs the clerk's office end to end. Build an agenda from templates and staff reports, route it for approval, publish it, then capture attendance, motions, votes and conflict declarations as the meeting runs. Minutes are adopted, frozen against later configuration changes, and published to a public portal with full-text search across meetings, agenda items, reports, by-laws, motions and delegations. Documents live in your own SharePoint, calendar invitations and Teams links come from your own Microsoft 365, and the whole deployment sits in your Azure subscription.
City Connectionsis deployed into your municipality’s own Azure subscription — its own application, its own database, on a domain you choose. Your residents’ and staff’s data never leaves your tenant, and CivicFlow cannot read it. We publish updates centrally; you stay in control of the subscription the app runs in.
